Airport Poker

By: Al Smith Sitting at the airport on a Sunday afternoon isnt exactly the best way to spend your weekend. I decided to get up, take a walk and maybe grab a bite to eat. I settled with a cheeseburger and fries. It was only 5:30pm and my flight was not going to board for another hour! I took a seat again and called my wife, she was busy doing laundry and couldnt talk for long. I was excited to use my brand new cell phone, I had the same phone for over 2 years and was tired of it falling apart and delivering bad reception. My new mobile device had a full color screen, organizer and gave me that ability to play games! I had yet to try any games but mobile poker, which I only dabble in the free play area. I signed on to my mobile poker game and immediately found a room perfect for my budget. The excitement of playing real live multi-player poker on my cell phone quickly banished my boredom. I even forgot I was sitting in the airport! I was beginning to develop a strategy and was intimidating other players to fold with my growing bank roll. I was able to play 6 rounds of poker before my plane began to board. I was delighted with my new phone and being able to win cash! I was getting so involved in the poker action I almost missed my plane! I was up $40 and only started with $10! I was actually happy to hear my flight was going to be delayed, due to an engine problem. This was the first time I was able to enjoy a delayed flight. I was able to play mobile poker for another two hours and increase my bankroll another $50. Finally the plane was ready to board again. To tell you the truth, I was actually a little disappointed I had to turn my phone off and stop gambling. Now, whenever I have to travel on business or pleasure I always play mobile poker. Mobile poker is a great way to keep entertained while traveling. I can even make a couple extra bucks at the same time.
