My weekend of poker

I had such a fun weekend! On Saturday I went to K-mart to pick up some cleaning supplies for my house and stumbled across a really cool poker set! The set came with 2 decks of cards (poor qualuty, note to self: buy better cards!)and enough poker chips to spend an entire night playing. I could wait to get the set unwrapped and start playing! I am used to playing online poker at www.partypoker.com, so it took me a few minutes to get used to everything and set the cards up right. Playing real poker feels so much more authentic than online. I really had to practice my poker face this weekend! On Saturday night my brother and his girlfriend came over, we had a few drinks all played for a few hours. His girlfriend had never played poker before and she totally beat us! It must have been beginers luck, she was getting amazing hands! Full houses, flushes and so much more. You name the hand, she got it! Sunday night was the super bowl, I had a few friends over and we all played poker. There was about 6 of us and the poker game we were playing was much more exciting than the football game. I can't wait to start playing poker for real money!
