Bronze, Silver and Gold Texas Holdem’

The Company’s initial mobile product is MGN Limit Texas Holdem’, comprising all the basic aspects of an online Texas Holdem’ game including:

• Unlimited tables for up to six players per table
• Automatic deal and blind determinations and settings
• Continuous play from the pre-flop to the show down with basic call, raise and fold functions
• Easy-to-set rake schedules
• Player lobby for all basic functions
• Online cashier interface for player deposit and withdrawals

Because there are different “generations” of mobile platforms that deliver different levels of speed and capability, MGN has developed three versions of Texas Holdem’ to accommodate today’s fractured mobile technology and marketing.  Many countries are now operating on 3G, which enables users to download data at the fastest rate, offering superior quality sound, graphics and video. Japan and Sweden are countries that operate on 3G.  The US is still largely operating on 2G.

• Bronze Texas Holdem’ 
  A simple text-based version that will operate on most mobile handsets. It does not require the ability to support the graphics or memory of higher-end mobile phones.  Players see all the game information as text on the mobile screen. The Bronze version is a simple and effective way to play Texas Holdem’, allowing players to focus on game play.
• Silver Texas Holdem’    
  Offers players attractive graphics, and will operate on approximately 40% of current mobile handsets. Up to six players sit around a table, cards are dealt to each player, and play moves quickly and easily.  The game is designed in standard green and red colors that create a pleasing contrast and make for easy play.
• Gold Texas Holdem’    
  A high-end graphical version that will work on a limited number of handsets with enough computing power to run the game.  The graphics are eye-catching and the play is sophisticated.  The Gold version has several features not available in the Bronze or Silver versions.

All three versions of MGN’s Texas Holdem’ have simple and attractive interfaces and are designed to keep players focused on their cards by eliminating avatars, people walking in and out of rooms, and other distracting features.  All three versions are now operational.

Single and Multi-Player Casino Games

MGN is developing a strong group of casino games to provide a complete casino experience.  Black Jack, Roulette, Craps, Poker, Baccarat and Slots will be available in Q1 of 2006.  Games will be tailored for single player action as well as tournament play.  The casino games will be available in the Play-For-Free, Play-For-Prizes and Play-For-Money games.
