Prporietary Technology Aquisition
MGN has full ownership of the code and rights to its entire suite of
products. The company will also ensure that future development
is appropriately protected to ensure its position as a leader in the
mobile gaming software sector.
Material Agreements
The Company has received an operating permit from the Kahnawake
Gaming Commission, the world’s leading licensor for casino
and poker operators. The license tests and approves MGN’s software
for industry compliance and standards. The Company has a
service agreement with Tira Wireless, the leading porting service for
mobile games. MGN also has an agreement with M-Qube, a leading
mobile channel enabler representing all the major mobile carriers.
MGN has signed an agreement with Bango.com, a global e-commerce
gateway operating in more than 100 countries.
Release of Mobile Texas Holdem
MGN’s premier mobile game – Silver Texas Holdem’ – was released
in Q4, 2005. The game will be supported on 70 Cingular Wireless
phones starting in December 2005. Games are being ported in
December 2005 for Orange and T-mobile also.
