Mobile Gaming Now’s business model is focused on building a strong membership of online and mobile gamers. We operate three levels of casino games:
- Play-For-Free. Members can play for free anytime. After registering for an account, points are provided to the player to learn and play the game.
- Play-For-Prizes. Members play the games to earn points and can enter drawings for cash and prizes. We work with branded companies as well as provide our own branded merchandise.
- Play-For-Money. MGN will own and license online gambling sites. The Company doesn’t accept U.S. bets. It will focus on International markets such as Europe and Asia.
Revenues are generating from a variety of sources through our own operations and licensing:
- Game Sales. We sell game downloads for $19.99 a game. Club Dues. Our operating sites build a membership in Club MGN. Monthly dues provide extended services and opportunities to members and create residual income for the company.
- Advertising. We’re building a strong advertising network to serve advertising impressions to our membership base.
- License Fees. Our licensing program has a one-time registration fee and a fl at monthly fee per member.
- Marketing. We offer Pay-Per-Lead (PPL) and Pay-Per-Acquisition (PPA) marketing services to our licensed operators.
Our development experience is supplemented by a management and staff team with a long and successful history in the mobile data and hightech industries. We also enjoy a strategic partnership with a well-known and experienced development company. The MGN Mobile Gaming Platform includes content management marketing software that allows gaming operators to expand their markets. The CMS houses and operates the web sites of licensees and provides tools to create edit and manage content. The CMS system also includes marketing applications including search engine optimization, reciprocal linking, directories, site maps, traffi c management, slide show presentations and a marketing campaign builder. As of April 2005, only one other company had released software for a multiplayer mobile poker game.
