Phil Hellmuth is defiantly one of the bad boys of poker. His style of play is memorable and much admired. Phil is a Midwestern boy, born and raised in Wisconsin. He dropped out of a promising college career to become a poker player. Good thing he did, Phil has collected more jackpots than any other poker player on the planet. He has won 9 WSOP bracelets and countless tournaments. He is a well known and respected player, Phil Hellmuth’s name will be remembered forever in the poker industry.

While he is not practicing or playing poker, Phil spends much of his time writing. He successfully completed numerous poker strategy books. He also enjoys spending time with his family in their California home. His family means a lot to him and we will even skip high paying tournaments to spend time with his loved ones. Some people find this interesting since he has a rather harsh, no bull attitude at the table.
